Job Summary:
We’re seeking an exceptional Retail Customer Service Manager to lead our team at , a premier vitamin supplement shop in Brookhaven, PA. As a key member of our management team, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence across both in-store and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
- Greet and assist customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Provide expert knowledge of vitamins and supplements, making personalized recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Team Management
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and growth.
Sales and Operations
- Drive sales growth through effective customer engagement and promotions.
- Manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Maintain store appearance, adhering to brand standards.
Online Fulfillment Center Duties
- Process and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately.
- Manage online inventory, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipping.
- Monitor and resolve online customer inquiries and issues.
Leadership
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with the store owner to achieve business objectives.
E-commerce Responsibilities
- Monitor online sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement online marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Ensure online store accuracy, updating product information and content.
Requirements:
Experience
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the vitamin supplement industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online fulfillment.
Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong product knowledge of vitamins and supplements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
