Marty Burman:
Welcome to Rising Core powered by Burman’s Health Shop.
Ted Matthews:
Hey guys, welcome back to Rising Core. It’s me, Ted, and I’m here with Erica tonight. This is going to be a short and sweet one. We’re talking about boosting your CBD products and potentiating the effectiveness with other herbal supplements and nutrients. Essentially stacking your vitamins to get the most effect out of them. What’s up Erica?
Erica Burman:
Hey guys, happy to be here. Thanks for tuning in.
Ted Matthews:
Absolutely. So tonight again, we’re just going to kind of go off the top here. We’ve been getting a lot of questions on from customers trying to figure out the best way to get the most out of their CBD. So, you know, everyone wants to take CBD now because it is a very popular supplement that actually works. It delivers the goods. So we want to we want to get the most out of that. You know, we want to kind of hit it with a one, two punch wherever we can and try to get, you know, the most bang for your buck. So we’ll go over a few of the the most common elements that people are complaining about or, or looking to use CBD to try to help alleviate some of those issues. And I’ll just go over some of this stuff and we’ll go from there.
Erica Burman:
All right, sounds good. I’m excited.
Ted Matthews:
Do you do you notice anything from any of the customers that come in? Like do you hear common elements or issues that people complain about?
Erica Burman:
Yeah, definitely. I mean, I think a lot of people are coming in saying anxieties is definitely the number one. Yeah. And then pain relief. And then, you know, I think some people are just looking for something to, to keep them calm. I mean, it’s anxiety relief, but I think it’s something they’re looking for something positive, you know, boosts their day,
Ted Matthews:
Who doesn’t want to feel good. Right, right. So, all right, we’ll go a few of those. So for when, and when I talk about stacking your supplements, it’s, you know, it goes much further than CBD as well. There’s so many different ways to enhance the performance of, of your health and your vitamins. And your food intake. You know, just for instance, taking vitamin D with a, a source of fat enhances the absorption. Otherwise, you know, your body’s really not gonna uptake that vitamin D like it would if you ate it with a fat soluble meal. Never take your vitamins with coffee. Coffee is
Erica Burman:
Really, I didn’t know.
Ted Matthews:
Yeah, there’s there’s something in there that inhibits the uptake of those vitamins. So essentially you’re, you’re pretty much just wasting and coffee, so acidic as well. If you take fiber supplements, you don’t want to take your vitamins with fiber supplements cause it can really increase gut motility and kind of pull everything into the gut and you’ll just excrete it. So that’s why it’s important to come in and talk to us about your issues so we can kind of guide you in the right direction. Calcium and magnesium, you’ll see that in a lot of bone supplements. Those two vitamins should actually be taken separately. They both fight for the same receptors in the body essentially. So they’re both looking to to pair up with those certain sites in the body. So they kind of compete with one another. So it’s always good to take them at separate times during the day.
Ted Matthews:
Are those, again, calcium and magnesium. Gotcha. Which you’ll see a lot of calcium and magnesium supplements sold together. Right. Which, you know, it’s great to take them together cause you need them in a balance ratio. In fact, I think it’s like two parts, calcium to one part. Magnesium is the a optimal ratio, but not together. So some things you can, some things you can, but that’s why it’s, you know, it’s always good to come in and kind of get some guidance. So yeah, we’ll go from there. Anxiety and put together a list. So if you guys come in, you’ll see the list. We should be handing it out with your CBD purchases, just to kind of educate you and kind of show you what works well. These are a lot of these supplements are Guinea pig myself and you know, we’ve had customers come back and give us feedback on this stuff.
Ted Matthews:
So, you know, we’re, we’re kind of going off of years of data that we’ve collected. What works, what doesn’t, what dose ranges. So when I mentioned anxiety there’s an amino acid called L-theanine. L-theanine helps to increase alpha wave brain states. So when monks meditate, their brain actually goes into an alpha wave state that promotes calm and relaxation. Taking L-theanine essentially does the same thing for them without having to, you know, to meditate for 40, yes to a you know, quiet room with your legs folded so he can take L-theanine with your CBD to kinda get the most out of it. CBD is also calming helps work on the GABA receptors. L-theanine Up-Regulates GABA receptors. So pairing those two is really, really smart idea. Ashwagandha’s another one. Ashwagandha is good for also upregulating GABA receptors. It’s great for anxiety, stress control. A lot of people say it balances out their hormones. So, you know, pairing these things together is essentially going to give you the the best effect.
Erica Burman:
I have a question about Ashwagandha cause I feel like I’ve been hearing a lot about it. Like, what, what kind of plant does it, does it come one come from,
Ted Matthews:
It’s a, a, it’s actually a root. I think the actual plant name is like Withania somnifera
Erica Burman:
Like putting you on the spot. What’s the plant classification for testing? Yeah, yeah. No, that’s really interesting though. So, so that is different than L-theanine then is what you’re saying?
Ted Matthews:
L-theanine is an amino acid that you can find in green tea specifically matches. It’s very a very dense in El [inaudible]. It’s matches a green tea that grows in the dark. So you know, a lot of people use it for focus and for mood enhancement. GABA signaling in the brain helps. It’s kind of like the brakes of the brain. So when you start stressing out, you start freaking out a, if your GABA system is working optimally, it kind of comes in and slows everything down and lets you kind of recollect yourself, which is how a benzo drugs work. So they work on GABA receptors help calm me down. That’s why, you know, a lot of people will get prescribed those drugs if they are suffering from panic attacks or chronic anxiety. But this is an all natural way to kinda promote the, the balance of those neurotransmitters in the brain.
Ted Matthews:
So very, very good stuff with the a ashwagandha, I’m a big fan of it. You’ll find it in a lot of formulas that have stress and anxiety on the labels. The problem is it’s usually under dose when you get those supplements that are like pre put together for you. It kind of like I was saying with the calcium and magnesium, they like to do something called pixie dusting. It’s kind of where they sprinkle a bunch of stuff in there in very usually low low doses. So they can throw it on the label. So trace amounts of, yeah, exactly. So they’ll put the trace amounts on there so they can put it on the label. But essentially you’re not getting the, actually the, the effective doses of this stuff. So it’s kind of like a, any drug your doctor would give you, you know, you want it in an effect, well you want it in an effective dose.
Ted Matthews:
Somebody that’s dealing with really bad pain, you know, might need five milligrams of oxycodone, may not touch where 30 might be the sweet spot for them. So dosing this stuff yourself, you know, since there is no prescription or one size fits all, it’s wise to do it separately so you can increase the dosage range or that stuff. L-theanine, for instance, I take L-theanine in 400 to 600 milligrams per dose. Nine times out of 10 you’re going to find a 200 milligram dose, 100 or 200 milligram dosages, and they’ll tell you to take one capsule per day, which is extremely low. So taking four to 600 actually puts you into that effective range where you can feel good, but if you just went off the label, you would think it’s worthless. So it’s you know, it’s always good just to kind of dose this stuff separately, which is why, you know, I’m a big fan of stacking your supplements together, trying to see which, which ones are going to give you the best effect.
Erica Burman:
Stacking your supplements. I like that. Supplements stacking. Is it important to take these at the same like at every day? That’s what I was going to say. Is it important to take these every day? CBD? Yes, I think it works best
Ted Matthews:
When you’re consistent with it. Ashwagandha, L-theanine those have more of like an acute effect where you can kind of use it as needed
Erica Burman:
So it has an immediate effect. It’s not like, okay.
Ted Matthews:
Yeah. So ashwagandha might be a little bit better to take on in a daily basis just because it has so many other health promoting effects and balance out hormones and which could be a cause of your anxiety in the first place. So,
Erica Burman:
Yeah, that’s one thing I learned about CBD, which is really interesting. I was listening to podcasts about menopause and how it’s actually, like they were saying that it’s kind of like your endocannabinoid system out of whack when, when you’re going through menopause and so many people have been finding use with CBD.
Ted Matthews:
Yeah, yeah. No, I mean, Jesus who knows, you know, we have so many different systems and you know, but that’s the nice part about CBD specifically is it works on it works on a whole system rather than just the one pathway in the body. So where if you take that prescription drug for anxiety, let’s say Xanax, a lot of people take Xanax, it’s going to absolutely give you an effect. It’s going to stop your anxiety, but that’s kinda just throwing a bandaid on the, on the the problem or the situation. So, which, you know, and I’m not knocking it, if you need it for quality of life, do it. But if you really want to get to the root of the problem, you can’t just go through one pathway because who knows where that initial anxiety is coming from. Is it hormone imbalance is a deficiency somewhere.
Ted Matthews:
So taking, you know, taking this stuff in you know, in, in consistent doses every single day is going to kind of start to balance out all these different pathways at once. So it’s gonna kind of start to work where they’re, they’re called adaptogens. So ashwagandha is considered an adaptogen as well. So it basically adapts to areas in your body that are under stress, so to say. So areas in the body that need attention. It’s kinda like if you, I guess if you take Advil, right, and you bang your leg, it’s going to kind of, it’s going to go to that inflammation. If you have a headache, it’s going to go to the headache. So it kind of the, the supplements work in, in a similar fashion where, where your body needs it most, it’s going to deliver too. So. Wow, that’s really interesting. Yeah, it’s pretty cool once a, once you learn how this stuff works and how the body works.
Ted Matthews:
And I mean, God, you know, I’m still learning a lot of stuff I learned from our customers and you know, I do a lot of reading. And there’s always new stuff coming out and new studies and some of it’s good, some of it’s bad, but once you kind of get an idea of how you want to address each situation I think it all comes down to wanting to just feel better overall and not just, you know, if you have anxiety or pain, you know, you, it’s great to mask those for a little bit, but it’s better to feel good every day.
Erica Burman:
Yeah, I think it’s amazing. You know, with all the products here that like you really can try out different things and see, you know, what your body responds to and you know, a lot of these are just natural herbs and in supplements. And I, I just find that really fascinating.
Ted Matthews:
It’s super important to mess around cause what works for you may not work for somebody else, which is kind of, you know, it’s nice being in the position where we can get people’s feedback when they come back. And a lot of times they, they offer it up without us even asking and we can kind of start to notice what’s working for these folks. So even though it may not work for you, you know, there’s always other suggestions that we can give you. But taking things in effective doses is the really the way to go because otherwise you’re kind of just spinning your wheels and you know, a lot of this stuff isn’t cheap, so if you’re going to take it and try to get the effect out of it, so, all right, from there we’ll move on to pain, pain. Let’s see. Pain and inflammation. A lot of people like to use tumeric. I’m sure most, most listeners have heard of tumeric, its an Indian spice. It’s been shown to reduce inflammation. You liked tumeric?
Erica Burman:
Yeah. I like cooking with it. Yeah. They’re just like this couscous that has tumeric.
Ted Matthews:
Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever eaten it as a as an actual food to try it. Yeah. No, you had many days where it’s, we used to do the the powdered herbs here, so,
Erica Burman:
Oh, and you probably smell it has a strong smell. Yeah. I still have pants that have tumeric stains. Yeah. Yeah. Look, like a henna tattoo. Oh my God, yeah.
Ted Matthews:
Cans would be S stained yellow and orange.
Erica Burman:
Yeah.
Ted Matthews:
But yeah to Mark being, you know, an Indian spice reduces inflammation. It increases BDNF, which is brain derived neurotrophic factor, which that has itself been shown to reduce inflammation and reverse age related brain diseases. So tumeric, you know, it’s good for the liver, it’s great for inflammation again, which can be inflammation can be the root of a lot of different issues in the body. It can be the root of anxiety. It can be the root of pain. It can be digestive issues. Inflammation is kind of the, a lot of people believe gut inflammation specifically can affect a lot of different pathways in the body. They say, you know, our gut is kind of like our second brain because it does send signals to certain neuro transmitters. Serotonin specifically is a 95% of that’s produced in the gut. So
Erica Burman:
If you’re talking about the gut isn’t like your stomach or like your intestine. Yeah, it’s more the intestines.
Ted Matthews:
Yeah, that’s where most stuff gets digested. And I believe it’s the small intestine is where like these nutrients actually enter into the bloodstream. So, okay. If that stuff’s all down to a sluggish crawl or if you’re if it’s moving a little faster than normal, you know, this can cause issues, you know, maybe poor digestion or gut bacterias, you know, probiotics can be wise to take for those type of issues. We have millions and millions of bacteria in the digestive system. So we want that scale to be tipping in favor of the good bacteria rather than the bed, which can again cause inflammation, IBS, colitis different dietary intolerances. So probiotics are really smart to take if you’re dealing with digestive issues. And speaking of digestive issues, you know, I do have on this list, probiotics that is a, a, you know, very important. Like I said, 95% of serotonin is, you know, which is our happy hormone essentially. It also helps with sleep is produced in the gut. So, you know, if that’s compromised, you’re going to have issues.
Erica Burman:
I of bounce that shit out. Yeah, absolutely. Balanced the shit out. Art is a, is a perfect saying, so. Yeah. Right. So not too fast, not too slow, just just the right. Digestive enzymes can benefit that.
Ted Matthews:
So you can take digestive enzymes, they help break down proteins, fats, carbs, you know, which is going to essentially help the, you know, the end goal of all is to, we can’t be perfect all the time, but the things that we do have control of, you know, we want to try to try to control those, you know, or at least, you know, try to push them in the right direction rather than you know, just letting things kind of take its course. You know, now we have so much information. It’s kinda, you know, unless, unless you’re completely, you know, restricted financially and, you know, there’s really no reason to not try some of this stuff if you’re feeling bad. Because at the end of the day, quality of life is more important than anything. I, I think anyhow. You know, you could be, you know, you could have a great life, but if you’re dealing with pain or anxiety all the time, it’s, you know, again, just like the body when you want to balance out our lives.
Ted Matthews:
So, you know, you want to have things in working order, whether that’s your relationship, friendships, your work life you want to feel like you’re in control, you know, as well and balanced things when things start to go to one sided, you know, no matter what it is, you know, that, that old saying too much of a good thing as a bad thing. And I agree with that. You know, it’s, I don’t know, I guess you could do, you know, your favorite thing every day or eat your favorite meal every day and eventually it would, it would get old. So, you know, even though it’s something good, you want to have that balance. So you know, life is all about balance, whether it’s our health or our mental health. It’s just finding that those, you know, ways to control it the best we can.
Ted Matthews:
Like you said, you know, you want to try to be in control where we can, because there’s a lot of shit we can’t control, so, you know, have everything else in working order. So when that stuff does pop up, we’re we’re, we’re capable of taking it on. You know, if you’re dealing with, you know, the these issues on a good day, imagine, you know, when the shit really does hit the fan, you’re going to be dealing with multiple issues. Now you know, whether it’s, you know, I don’t know if you, if you’re already dealing with pain and stressors and then you fall down and you break your leg right now, you got that issue on top of the everyday stuff that you were already dealing with. So try to eliminate what you can when you can. So when just to be proactive rather than reactive. Exactly.
Ted Matthews:
Yeah. That’s great. Absolutely. You know, and it’s, sometimes it’s just, it’s about creating that habit, trying to be proactive. You know, there’s so many people, myself included, that want to be proactive about certain situations, but, you know, everyday life kind of just takes a hold and we get sidetracked and you know, it’s, it’s, we got to learn to, you know, kind of be aware and, and create these good habits. You know, it’s, I have no issue creating bad habits. That’s easy. Yeah. It’s the good issues that become a, you know, a little bit more and we need to put a little bit more attention on. So,
Erica Burman:
Yeah, I mean, I feel like I wish I had walked in these doors and asked more. I mean, I had come in to the shop obviously, but I just didn’t ask them that. I wish I had asked more questions about what I was dealing with, you know, like what’s like, I’ve really been stomach issues or I’m stressed and instead of looking to prescription drugs or, you know, like I, I’ve found so much relief with using natural remedies here and learning every day. It’s really,
Ted Matthews:
Yeah. You know, and that’s the thing. We all, you know, until I was probably Jesus, I don’t know, maybe in my early twenties, I’m 36 now in my early twenties, maybe 23, 24, I started to take notice of certain issues or side effects from certain prescription medications. And I, you know, I, I realized even though it was fixing one problem, it may be creating another one. So, you know, getting my diet in check and you know, and then that’s not knocking prescriptions in any way. Like I said earlier, you know, quality of life is first and foremost, and you gotta do what you gotta do. But if you can educate yourself a little bit and minimize those medications, you know, it’s what’s, you know, there’s really nothing stopping you other than taking the time to kind of learn. And, you know, that’s part of the reason why we’re here and you know, and we’re doing this podcast is to kinda spread the word and spread the information.
Ted Matthews:
And, you know, we, same thing, like I was saying, you know, I grew up in, I probably come from one of the, you know, I guess, you know, one of the normal families, but as far as health goes, no one in my family was healthy. Nobody cared about like doing anything proactive for their health. It was, you know, like you said, being reactive when there, when an issue came up. So me being always, you know, looking on the other side of things, I started to think, all right, there’s gotta be another way. And it started, I started to kind of read and see what was out there. And you know, I, I learned a lot early on and you know, especially with like diet and nutrition, you know, even though they’re not easy things to always implement, at least I know, you know, having that knowledge now that I, I can stop it before things get too, too out of control.
Ted Matthews:
Usually, you know, it’s, it’s you know, like I said, we would eat shitty constantly. You know, we always ordered out on Fridays and you know, my mom would make food, you know, for dinner every night. And it was like, you know, there was very little healthy options. And I’m, I’m just glad that I really have no, no big health issues or anything. And then I learned to kinda hopefully maybe, you know, take a step to prevent some of this stuff. As I’m getting older now, you know, there’s, there’s so much stuff that people deal with you know, cancers and things that we have no control over. I don’t, I want to take as much as I can to to use in my advantage. So, you know, that’s why I learned from the customers as well. So they come in and they teach me, you know, what works for them.
Ted Matthews:
And you know, there, we’re in an information age now where this stuff is available. I mean, you can go on pub med.com you can go to Google scholar and you can look up real clinical trials of things. So, where before they would run, you know, or still do run a test on prescription drugs, you know, there’s information out there on someone, natural supplements as well. So, you know, the human race, I always say survived before there was hospitals before there was pharmacies and a, I think we talked about this last time, you know, Marty was saying, you know, the medicine man in the woods or whatever, you know, that’s where people went to and that’s how they, you know, we survived. So we, you know, we’re here because
Erica Burman:
Pretty sure some of them were using some of their herbs.
Ted Matthews:
Well that’s, you know, it’s, it’s, you know, the
Erica Burman:
Some of them go back, we go way back.
Ted Matthews:
Yeah. And there’s a, you know, in a lot of this stuff is still, you know, still relevant today. We just, you know, re need to kind of reintroduce it to ourselves. So you know, we get a lot of people in here that are diabetics. So there’s nutrients that you can, you know, of course diet is going to play a huge part in that, you know, reducing carbohydrates, keeping your proteins. You know, never eat a carb without protein, things like that. It’s gonna have a impact on your blood sugar. But as far as nutritional supplements goes, there’s garlic extract. There’s cinnamon bitter melon black seed oil, which is another great one. Black seed oil is great for inflammation immune system. It shows to have anti anti cancer effects. So there’s a, you know, there’s a lot of stuff out there that people can pair that they may not have known.
Ted Matthews:
So come in and talk to us when you, when you need to, you know, use your CBD and, you know, we’re seeing it everywhere now and it’s, it’s even more important to really know your source. You know, there’s a lot of fraudulent products out there and you know, if you, if you’re going to spend money on this stuff, make sure you’re getting what your, you know, what you’re paying for. That’s why a third party lab tests are really important or going to a reputable source. Some of these companies are coming out, you know, and they, they don’t even know what they’re getting because they, they know nothing about this stuff. So do you want to go to somebody that has some, some working knowledge with this stuff?
Erica Burman:
Yeah. And figure out ways that, you know, you can couple with your CBD, you know, some of these other, other supplements that you’ve covered that can, you know, you’re loose
Ted Matthews:
And the list goes on and on. You know, there’s a million different things you’re not, you know, not even always with CBD. I’m just using that as kind of an example because so many people are into this now. I think they just released, there was a study just released and I can’t cite where, I can’t remember exactly where it was from, but I believe it, I think the study was a couple hundred people, 49% of those people came off of every prescription drug that they were on once they started to take CBD, which is huge. You know, almost five out of every 10 people are no longer on prescription drugs. So, you know, I’m sure the the pharmaceutical industry doesn’t love that, but, you know, there’s a place for everybody. You know, there’s,
Erica Burman:
There’s a place for everybody. Yup. That’s true. Burman Health Shop, where everyone knows your name.
Ted Matthews:
Yeah. Right. We’re like, we’re like the cheers of the health industry. We we know everybody, they know us and you know, it becomes a little bit of a community here. So we’re here to share the knowledge and, and listen to you guys and you know, kinda make sure everyone’s getting the right information rather than just, you know, just information because it’s like whisper down the lane. Sometimes stuff gets passed down and you know, people repeat it. And you know, the internet is huge for that, you know, not, and there’s a lot of good stuff out there, but you know, you’ve got to kind of weed through the weed, through the BS and find what’s actually real, what’s actually, you know, not just marketing and not just, you know, empty information from a company that’s just trying to, trying to sell you on their product. You know, I see that a lot, you know, with, with certain industries, certain you know, and not all of course, but chiropractors and different holistic practitioners. I see them, you know, they get these supplement lines that they sell and they’re very hard to acquire anywhere other than through them. And some of them are really good supplements, but, you know, it’s, you know, sometimes they, they make the, the consumer, the patient think that that’s, you know, that’s the only supplement to take for that issue.
Erica Burman:
Yeah. It’s like diets. This is the diet diet you’ll never need to be on.
Ted Matthews:
Yeah. And you know, and, and the fact of the matter is, you know, whether you’re getting calcium and magnesium from us or from somebody else, as long as it’s a good source and you’re getting the right information, you know, and then the, and that’s really what we’re here for. We’re here for the information and, you know, we we appreciate everyone that comes in. And, you know, I tried it. That’s why, you know, we do, we do these things like the podcast and we do, you know, I’m here every day and I, you know, I answer questions as much as I can and I really try to, I’ll never give people an empty answer if I, you know, there’s stuff I don’t know, but I’ll find out. You know, it’s you know, it like, again, it comes back to just being a community here and trying to help people, you know, for real.
Erica Burman:

Ted Matthews:
It’s Ted@Burmanshealthshop.com. And you know, speaking of why you guys are on the website and then we have if you’ve never used CBD, maybe you’re just listening just to get some information before you pull the trigger. I believe. What do we, we have some like bundle packages up there.
Erica Burman:
Yeah, yeah, we got the bundles. I’m glad you brought them up. So we’ve got a new CBD, a starter pack for 80 bucks. You get the 500 milligram oil and that comes in tropical mango blood orange and unflavored natural. And then also included as the pain salve, which is amazing for topical localize pain relief. I’ve used it on my shoulders the other day and it really does work so good. Absolutely. And there’s some other variations too. You can mix and match your CBD products with flowers, oils. So yeah, we’re just got those going for people that are new to CBD. Those are a really great starter.
Ted Matthews:
Yeah, those are awesome. You know, and, and, and that’s, you know, what, CBD, it’s just, there’s so many preparations now. Some of it’s gimmicky, you know, eh, we see so many different things. You know, we try to, I do a lot of the buying here and I tried to make sure that the stuff that we’re, I think you mentioned earlier when we were talking, you tried one of the, a sample that a company had sent us in, you know,
Erica Burman:
It tasted so bad, it was like peanut butter and it really, it tasted like rotten caramel. I don’t even know how it was so bad and I, I just don’t understand how people can go to market with such a poor product.
Ted Matthews:
And that’s, you know, that’s a big thing that people don’t see is a, I mean, literally I get harassed every single day from new companies coming out and I know that’s what they have to do to get their product out there. But I have a drawer full of CBD samples from new companies and you know, I, I really take the time to try to go through these and make sure I’m not just, you know, some of them you should see that. I mean the, the margins on them are fantastic. We’d make a lot of money, but it’s just a shit product. So I, I just, I, I just can’t in good, you know, in my heart. I just can’t bring that in and sell that to somebody, you know, and, or you know, somebody that’s using it to try to better or enhance their life since selling them rotten caramel peanut.
Erica Burman:
Oh my God, it was so gross. You’re pretty, you are very good at bringing products. I would like you to mention just a few of these products and looking at right now that are new, that are fun to, to test out.
Ted Matthews:
Yeah, the so I got a couple of new new products and in these are pretty much, some of these new products are, you know, they’re, they’re, they’re for, it’s like, it’s like the dessert to your main course. So you know, your everyday vitamins, your, you know, your diet. That’s like the meat and potatoes. But everyone’s favorite part of dinner is the dessert. So I have, you know, a few supplements. Red Dawn, it’s a liquid shot. I mean, this stuff, it really does. It makes you feel fantastic.
Erica Burman:
You’ll never want to take five hour energy ever again, which I don’t like. But like sometimes you need a boost.
Ted Matthews:
Yeah, no, this stuff. I mean it, it really, it works. Look, and when you guys didn’t know me know that I really don’t promote stuff that that I, I don’t think works. So when you come in, you know, I tell you to try something, you know, nine times out of 10 that it’s going to work. This is gonna work for you. So come try the red Dawn. We’ve got another one. Sleep Walker. Sleep Walker is, it’s pretty versatile. So it’s used for stress relief, mood boosting effects, cognitive enhancement. But in all reality, you take it for its euphoric effects. It makes you feel good. That one’s a little bit more relaxing. That would be like an like red Dawn would be the daytime sleep Walker would be your nighttime. So if you want to feel good during the day, check out red Dawn. If you want to feel good at nighttime, it a little bit more relaxed vibe. Try the a try the sleep,
Erica Burman:
We’ll probably be good on the plane. Sleepwalker yeah. You know, the a times you get anxious. Yep. That’s, and that’s exactly what you know, one of the ingredients
Ted Matthews:
It’s in there. It was developed for a Russian astronauts or a Russian pilot fighters. It was, it was originally used to treat their or calm their anxiety. You know, you’re leaving the, you know, the earth and
Erica Burman:
Yeah so when you go to space. Yes. Sleep Walker. If it worked for guys, you know, go into the you know, to another planet. I’m pretty sure your, your flight to Florida is gonna be a piece of cake.
Ted Matthews:
Sleep Walker comes in capsules. It comes in a liquid shot as well. I’m partial to the liquids. They hit you a little bit faster. They don’t last as long as the capsules. But I, you know, I prefer to take, you know, I w I went, I want it to hit me harder and you know, if I, if I want to take another one I will, but the capsules are more of a a little bit of a prolonged release. So you could even pair the two up if you really want to feel good. But guys, you guys need to try these out. I mean, just, just for the simple fact that, you know, again, it makes you feel so good that, you know, during the week when you have work or you see, you know, you have school. If you just want to kind of unwind and maybe you don’t want to, you know, you don’t want to use anything real strong or you know, maybe you don’t want to go out drinking with your friends or smoking, you know, smoking your,
Erica Burman:
Yeah, you’re a giant bong. Yeah. Your big old hookah, which there’s nothing,
Ted Matthews:
Nothing wrong with that. But you know, sometimes, you know, it’s different. Different times call for different measures. And this is, you know, the nice part is you can take this during work or school and it’ll actually a guarantee. It’ll enhance your performance in those, in those categories. So, yeah, I’m glad you brought those up because they’re, those are really new in there. We’re killing it. Oh. And then we have the the Add all, which is an Adderall
Erica Burman:
He couldn’t tell the name. Yeah. The name, the Add Alls
Ted Matthews:
Add Alls are great for energy and they’ve really taken off. They’re huge right now.
Erica Burman:
They last long, which is longer than I would like other stuff that I’ve, yeah. You know what I gotta get in? There’s a there’s a product called Hordenine
Ted Matthews:
Theres a product called Hordenine, which is a natural herb, but that Hordenine inhibits the breakdown of one of the one of the ingredients in the Adderall product, the Add Alls. So it, it kind of makes that last a lot longer. So I’ll have to get that in. And that’s why, you know, again, going back to stacking, that’s why it’s important. You know, there’s, there’s, you know, things that can really boost up and potentiate the effects of of one another. So yeah, check these out. You know, the the Add Alls is great for focus energy again, just makes you feel good. So we get some feel good stuff. We got some stuff that, you know, this stuff, you know, they’re, they’re not an everyday thing. That’s just, just when you want
Erica Burman:
Got the stuff here. All right guys, thanks for tuning in. Ted, anything else? Are we going to go tune in next time?
Ted Matthews:
Yeah, your herbal plug. Burman’s Health Shop.
Erica Burman:
All right. Thanks so much.
