I bought these on the recommendation of the staff (BTW, the staff i have interacted with on my two visits were wonderful-- friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful). I couldn't be happier. Between work (high stress desk job) and pandemic stress, shutting down and drifting off too sleep has become increasingly difficult over the past few months. However, these delicious little.gummies really take the edge off. I bite them in half and then let the pieces dissolve under my tongue. I take two about 20 minutes before i want to go to sleep and they haven't failed me yet. Very subtle, with no lingering effects in the morning. I highly recommend giving them a try. I also highly recommend a visit to Burmans even if sleep is not elusive for you. They have a huge selection of supplements, balms, oils, gummies etc and as mentioned earlier, the people who work there (or own the shop?) are wonderful.

Best sleep in quite awhile
I typically toss and turn for hours, and I was out like a light within minutes! Anf stayed asleep! Amazing.

Never found a combo that works so good for my sleep. I take one about 30 minutes before bedtime and I doze off with ease.......and its delicious. Make sure you chew it up really good and you can even keep it under your tongue for a few minutes..
