At Burman’s Health Shop, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service.

Due to the nature of some products sold at Burman Health Shop and BurmansHealthShop.com and ever changing industry regulations some Return/Refund restrictions do apply .

Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 pandemic we can no longer accept returns for used products based on subjective experiences such as but not limited to , Flavor , Strength , Tolerance to certain products , etc ..

We will always do our best to help in these special circumstances and strive to make our customers have the best experience possible.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for in-store or online store credit, or product exchange.  Receipt is required for returns. In most instances, your receipt can be retrieved through our sale system.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds are subject to approval.

Shipping

Customer is responsible for shipping costs of return. The cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping/Delivery Errors, Missing Items, Damage Due to Shipping/Delivery

If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact our Customer Care at 610-874-8418 or email [email protected] within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.

In the event you receive the order was never received, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
