Return Policy

At Burman’s Health Shop, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service.

Due to the nature of some products sold at Burman’s Health Shop and BurmansHealthShop.com and ever changing industry regulations, some Return/Refund restrictions do apply.

We will always do our best to help in these special circumstances and strive to make our customers have the best experience possible.

For edibles melted during transit: You have 24 hours to reach out to us via chat on our website. Please make sure you include a detailed description of the issue with your product(s)/order, your email used to place the order, your order number, pictures of the melted product, as well as your packing slip and the box as it arrived. If your request meets our replacement requirements, a replacement will be shipped to you once all information is received and your claim is complete.

For all vape/Smokeable products: You have 7 days from delivery date to contact us about the malfunctioning product via chat on our website. Please include a detailed description of the issue with your product(s)/order as well as photos of the malfunctioning product(s). Brands do vary, some defective products may have to be reported to the manufacturer instead of us. If your request meets our replacement requirements, a replacement will be shipped to you once all information is received and your claim is complete.

PLEASE NOTE: There are absolutely NO replacements/returns/exchanges/store credits/etc. For products that don’t meet your expectations of effects. Because everyone is different and these products’ effects are subjective, “I did not enjoy the effect” is NOT a valid reason for a replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you would like to return a package that has already left our building, we do charge a fee to cover the cost of the label, and a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds are subject to approval.

Shipping

Customer is responsible for shipping costs of return. The cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping/Delivery Errors, Missing Items, Damage Due to Shipping/Delivery

If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact our Customer Care at 610-874-8418 or email help@burmanshealthshop.com within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.

In the event you receive the order was never received, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
